I own two land plots in a fishing village called Kato Assos Korinthias.
The village is in a distance of 92km from Athens and of 10km from Korinthos and Loutraki .

A short description of the plots is the following:

Land plot n.1

It is a plot of a total of 18.445,97 sm (please see photos marked) and is next to the sea (you cross the street and you’re on the beach).

Land plot n. 2

It is a plot of 5.512 s.m. which is app. in 50 m. from the sea .

Advantages

The above properties present the following advantages, notwithstanding the beauty of the place and, of course, the fact that they are next or very close to the beach and are perfect for a summer residence.

- Proximity to Athens. Kato Assos is in an hour’s drive from Athens. For non-residents it is even more
attractive, because coming from the airport, they drive almost the entire distance through highway and national road. There is only a small distance of 10km which is not highway, but still good straight road. As a result, the access is very easy.

- Proximity to Korinthos and Loutraki, where the casino is situated.

- Good transportation. The suburban railway takes the traveler directly from the airport to Kiato which is 11 km from Kato Assos. As a result the place is now rising also as permanent residence (people live there and work in Athens). Indicative of this fact is that a few months ago, opened the doors a big outlet center, right between Korinthos and Kato Assos.

- Investment possibilities. All research shows that the most sought after properties in Greece are the ones that are next to the see, with a high medium/long term investment potential.

- Surface. As you can see plot N. 1 is the biggest in the village, thus increasing the possibilities to develop.

- Residence Permit. As you know, the purchase of said lands of this value, is especially attractive to non EU citizens because of the permit simplifications it offers to the buyer.

Back in 2016 a local agent had measured the price of the above to 100-120€/s.m., but I believe that the lower price is fair. As a result the asking price for the big plot is app. 1.800.000€ and for the smaller one 550.000€.
